These terms apply to work carried out by GasMan Mechanical Heating Services. Booking a job by phone, email, message or via the website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Quotations and pricing
Quotes are provided in writing for installations and larger jobs, and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Emergency call-out and hourly rates are confirmed on the phone before attendance.
Emergency response
Same-day attendance for emergencies is offered wherever the schedule allows. No arrival times are guaranteed in advance.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of works by bank transfer or card, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. Repeated no-shows may be subject to a call-out fee.
